We’re searching for an experienced glazier to join our growing team!
Glass Projects Ltd is one of the leading commercial glazing companies in Auckland. Come and join our team of glaziers and work on some of Auckland’s largest and best projects.
We require the following:
Minimum 3 years construction/trade experience (Glazing and/or Aluminium Joinery would be an advantage);
Positive attitude.
Proven record of reliability.
NZ Full driver license.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of glazing projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors as required for project implementation.
Supervise and coordinate the work of project teams, including glaziers, contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Financial and Resource Management:
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow, ensuring projects are delivered within the approved financial limits.
Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with the finance department to prepare project cost estimates, invoices, and financial reports.
